Return Policy

At Brahm Arpan Organic Pvt Ltd., we are committed to providing high-quality organic products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we follow a limited return policy.

Eligible Returns

A return request may be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked during delivery.

  • Incorrect product has been delivered.

  • Product received is expired or has a quality issue.

  • Product packaging is damaged before opening.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved after verification, we will process the refund through the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

  • The refund amount will be credited as per your bank/payment provider’s processing time.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged.

Replacement Policy

In case of an approved complaint, we may provide:

  • Replacement of the product, or

  • Refund as per the situation.

Replacement will be shipped after verification and approval.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
